Huis Van Geur — House of Scent — is a small candle brand built by hand in Australia, and named as an ode to Dutch heritage passed down through family.

The name came before the candles. The candles came from a desire to build something real — something that sits quietly in someone's home and makes it feel more like theirs.

Every scent we make is chosen deliberately. We keep them simple. The vessels are plain glass, the wax is natural soy, and nothing is added that doesn't need to be there.

That's gezelligheid — the Dutch art of warmth without excess.
